As well as being an experienced teacher of Egyptian dance, I am also a fully qualified Pilates matwork instructor.
I offer individually tailored Pilates one-to-one sessions, which I can design to help you towards your dance goals – from creating effortless full-body coordination and alignment, to improving your hip and spine mobility (essential for bellydance hipwork!), to leveling up your strength and balance.
I also have a selection of group & online Pilates classes, and I’m available to teach “Pilates for bellydancers” workshops as a guest instructor.
