Find out what Egyptian dance (‘bellydance’) is all about, in these 90 minute taster workshops at Chorlton High School, with experienced teacher Rachael Borek!
You’ll learn a little about the origins and fascinating history of this unique dance style, and have a chance to try your hand (and your hips!) at some of the classic ‘bellydance’ moves – all to a soundtrack of gorgeous Arabic tunes 🎶 If you’ve ever thought about giving Middle Eastern dance a go, this is your perfect chance – a one-off workshop giving you a fun taste of the basics!
All you need to bring is yourself, in comfy clothes you can move freely in. Sparkly hip scarves will be available to borrow.
