⭐ It can be a wonderful part of an active lifestyle – developing core stability, balance, coordination, stamina and range of motion, and providing a gentle low-impact cardio workout.
⭐ If you love history, travel, and culture, you’ll enjoy learning about the rich tapestry of influences that have brought us modern-day ‘bellydance’, and the vibrant culture that keeps it alive in Egypt today!
And if you enjoy it, anyone who has been to one of these taster workshops will be able to sign up for Rachael’s upcoming Summer course at the special rate of just £40 (normal rate £48) 🙂
